قَدۡ عَلِمۡنَا مَا تَنقُصُ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ مِنۡهُمۡۖ وَعِندَنَا كِتَٰبٌ حَفِيظُۢ
Qad 'alimnaa maa tanqu-sul-ardu minhum wa 'indanaa Kitaabun Hafeez
We already know how much of them the earth takes away: With Us is a record guarding (the full account).

Translation (Yusuf Ali): We already know how much of them the earth takes away: With Us is a record guarding (the full account).
This is verse 4 of Surah Qaf (قٓ , meaning "Qaf"), the 50th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 45 total verses.
