Surah Al-Qamar · Verse 47
إِنَّ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ فِي ضَلَٰلٖ وَسُعُرٖ
Innal mujrimeena fee dalaalinw wa su'ur
Truly those in sin are the ones straying in mind, and mad.
