بَلِ ٱلسَّاعَةُ مَوۡعِدُهُمۡ وَٱلسَّاعَةُ أَدۡهَىٰ وَأَمَرُّ
Balis Saa'atu maw'iduhum was Saa'atu adhaa wa amarr
Nay, the Hour (of Judgment) is the time promised them (for their full recompense): And that Hour will be most grievous and most bitter.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): Nay, the Hour (of Judgment) is the time promised them (for their full recompense): And that Hour will be most grievous and most bitter.
This is verse 46 of Surah Al-Qamar (ٱلْقَمَر, meaning "The Moon"), the 54th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 55 total verses.
