Surah Qaf · Verse 25
مَّنَّاعٖ لِّلۡخَيۡرِ مُعۡتَدٖ مُّرِيبٍ
Mannaa'il lilkhayri mu'tadim mureeb
"Who forbade what was good, transgressed all bounds, cast doubts and suspicions;
