وَجَآءَتۡ كُلُّ نَفۡسٖ مَّعَهَا سَآئِقٞ وَشَهِيدٞ
Wa jaaa'at kullu nafsim ma'ahaa saaa'iqunw wa shaheed
And there will come forth every soul: with each will be an (angel) to drive, and an (angel) to bear witness.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): And there will come forth every soul: with each will be an (angel) to drive, and an (angel) to bear witness.
This is verse 21 of Surah Qaf (قٓ , meaning "Qaf"), the 50th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 45 total verses.
