مَّا يَلۡفِظُ مِن قَوۡلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيۡهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٞ
Maa yalfizu min qawlin illaa ladaihi raqeebun 'ateed
Not a word does he utter but there is a sentinel by him, ready (to note it).
