وَٱتَّبِعُوٓاْ أَحۡسَنَ مَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيۡكُم مِّن رَّبِّكُم مِّن قَبۡلِ أَن يَأۡتِيَكُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُ بَغۡتَةٗ وَأَنتُمۡ لَا تَشۡعُرُونَ
Wattabi'ooo ahsana maaa unzila ilaikum mir Rabbikum min qabli aiyaatiyakumal 'azaabu baghtatanw wa antum laa tash'uroon
"And follow the best of (the courses) revealed to you from your Lord, before the Penalty comes on you - of a sudden while ye perceive not!-

Translation (Yusuf Ali): "And follow the best of (the courses) revealed to you from your Lord, before the Penalty comes on you - of a sudden while ye perceive not!-
This is verse 55 of Surah Az-Zumar (ٱلزُّمَر, meaning "The Groups"), the 39th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 75 total verses.
