وَأَنِيبُوٓاْ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُمۡ وَأَسۡلِمُواْ لَهُۥ مِن قَبۡلِ أَن يَأۡتِيَكُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُ ثُمَّ لَا تُنصَرُونَ
Wa aneebooo ilaa Rabbikum wa aslimoo lahoo min qabli any yaatiyakumul 'azaabu summa laa tunsaroon
"Turn ye to our Lord (in repentance) and bow to His (Will), before the Penalty comes on you: after that ye shall not be helped.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): "Turn ye to our Lord (in repentance) and bow to His (Will), before the Penalty comes on you: after that ye shall not be helped.
This is verse 54 of Surah Az-Zumar (ٱلزُّمَر, meaning "The Groups"), the 39th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 75 total verses.
