قُلۡ نَعَمۡ وَأَنتُمۡ دَٰخِرُونَ
Qul na'am wa antum daakhiroon

Translation (Yusuf Ali): Say thou: "Yea, and ye shall then be humiliated (on account of your evil)."
This is verse 18 of Surah As-Saffah (ٱلصَّافَّات, meaning "Those Ranges in Ranks"), the 37th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 182 total verses.
