Quran Verse — Surah An-Najm (53:43)

وَأَنَّهُۥ هُوَ أَضۡحَكَ وَأَبۡكَىٰ

Transliteration: Wa annahoo huwa adhaka wa abkaa

Translation (Yusuf Ali): That it is He Who granteth Laughter and Tears;

This is verse 43 of Surah An-Najm (ٱلنَّجْم, meaning "The Star"), the 53th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 62 total verses.
