فَلَوۡلَآ إِذَا بَلَغَتِ ٱلۡحُلۡقُومَ
Falaw laaa izaa balaghatil hulqoom
Then why do ye not (intervene) when (the soul of the dying man) reaches the throat,-

Translation (Yusuf Ali): Then why do ye not (intervene) when (the soul of the dying man) reaches the throat,-
This is verse 83 of Surah Al-Waqi'ah (ٱلْوَاقِعَة, meaning "The Event"), the 56th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 96 total verses.
