وَقِيلَ مَنۡۜ رَاقٖ
Wa qeela man raaq
And there will be a cry, "Who is a magician (to restore him)?"

This is verse 27 of Surah Al-Qiyamah (ٱلْقِيَامَة, meaning "The Resurrection"), the 75th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 40 total verses.
