Quran Verse — Surah Al-Qiyamah (75:24)

وَوُجُوهٞ يَوۡمَئِذِۭ بَاسِرَةٞ

Transliteration: Wa wujoohuny yawma 'izim baasirah

Translation (Yusuf Ali): And some faces, that Day, will be sad and dismal,

This is verse 24 of Surah Al-Qiyamah (ٱلْقِيَامَة, meaning "The Resurrection"), the 75th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 40 total verses.
