وَلَوۡ أَلۡقَىٰ مَعَاذِيرَهُۥ
Wa law alqaa ma'aazeerah
Even though he were to put up his excuses.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): Even though he were to put up his excuses.
This is verse 15 of Surah Al-Qiyamah (ٱلْقِيَامَة, meaning "The Resurrection"), the 75th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 40 total verses.
