Surah Al-Qamar · Verse 49
إِنَّا كُلَّ شَيۡءٍ خَلَقۡنَٰهُ بِقَدَرٖ
Innaa kulla shai'in khalaqnaahu bi qadar
Verily, all things have We created in proportion and measure.
