وَإِنَّكَ لَعَلَىٰ خُلُقٍ عَظِيمٖ
Wa innaka la'alaa khuluqin 'azeem
And thou (standest) on an exalted standard of character.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): And thou (standest) on an exalted standard of character.
This is verse 4 of Surah Al-Qalam (ٱلْقَلَم, meaning "The Pen"), the 68th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 52 total verses.
