مَّنَّاعٖ لِّلۡخَيۡرِ مُعۡتَدٍ أَثِيمٍ
Mannaa'il lilkhairi mu'tadin aseem
(Habitually) hindering (all) good, transgressing beyond bounds, deep in sin,

Translation (Yusuf Ali): (Habitually) hindering (all) good, transgressing beyond bounds, deep in sin,
