إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ أَجۡرَمُواْ كَانُواْ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ يَضۡحَكُونَ
Innal lazeena ajramoo kaanoo minal lazeena aamanoo yadhakoon
Those in sin used to laugh at those who believed,
— Al-Mutaffifin (ٱلْمُطَفِّفِين), 83:29

Translation (Yusuf Ali): Those in sin used to laugh at those who believed,
This is verse 29 of Surah Al-Mutaffifin (ٱلْمُطَفِّفِين, meaning "Those Who Deal in Fraud"), the 83th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 36 total verses.
