ٱلشَّرْح
The Opening Forth
أَلَمۡ نَشۡرَحۡ لَكَ صَدۡرَكَ
Alam nashrah laka sadrak
Have We not expanded thee thy breast?-
وَوَضَعۡنَا عَنكَ وِزۡرَكَ
Wa wa d'ana 'anka wizrak
And removed from thee thy burden
ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهۡرَكَ
Allazee anqada zahrak
The which did gall thy back?-
وَرَفَعۡنَا لَكَ ذِكۡرَكَ
Wa raf 'ana laka zikrak
And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)?
فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلۡعُسۡرِ يُسۡرًا
Fa inna ma'al usri yusra
So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief:
إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلۡعُسۡرِ يُسۡرٗا
Inna ma'al 'usri yusra
Verily, with every difficulty there is relief.
فَإِذَا فَرَغۡتَ فَٱنصَبۡ
Fa iza faragh ta fansab
Therefore, when thou art free (from thine immediate task), still labour hard,
وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَٱرۡغَب
Wa ilaa rabbika far ghab
And to thy Lord turn (all) thy attention.
Surah Al-Inshirah is the 94th surah of the Quran with 8 verses. It is a Meccan surah. Below is the full text in Arabic with English translation by Yusuf Ali.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): Have We not expanded thee thy breast?-
