يَوۡمَ لَا تَمۡلِكُ نَفۡسٞ لِّنَفۡسٖ شَيۡـٔٗاۖ وَٱلۡأَمۡرُ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلَّهِ
Yawma laa tamliku nafsul linafsin shai'anw walamru yawma'izil lillaah
(It will be) the Day when no soul shall have power (to do) aught for another: For the command, that Day, will be (wholly) with Allah.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): (It will be) the Day when no soul shall have power (to do) aught for another: For the command, that Day, will be (wholly) with Allah.
This is verse 19 of Surah Al-Infitar (ٱلْإِنفِطَار, meaning "The Cleaving"), the 82th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 19 total verses.
