Surah Al-Ghashiyah · Verse 23
إِلَّا مَن تَوَلَّىٰ وَكَفَرَ
Illaa man tawallaa wa kafar
But if any turn away and reject Allah,-
— Al-Ghashiyah (ٱلْغَاشِيَة), 88:23
