وَإِلَى ٱلسَّمَآءِ كَيۡفَ رُفِعَتۡ
Wa ilas samaaa'i kaifa rufi'at
And at the Sky, how it is raised high?-

Translation (Yusuf Ali): And at the Sky, how it is raised high?-
This is verse 18 of Surah Al-Ghashiyah (ٱلْغَاشِيَة, meaning "The Overwhelming"), the 88th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 26 total verses.
