Surah Al-Fajr · Verse 11
ٱلَّذِينَ طَغَوۡاْ فِي ٱلۡبِلَٰدِ
Allazeena taghaw fil bilaad
(All) these transgressed beyond bounds in the lands,
— Al-Fajr (ٱلْفَجْر), 89:11
