ٱلَّذِي لَهُۥ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ شَهِيدٌ
Allazee lahoo mulkus samaawaati wal ard; wallaahu 'alaa kulli shai 'in Shaheed
Him to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth! And Allah is Witness to all things.
— Al-Buruj (ٱلْبُرُوج), 85:9
ٱلَّذِي لَهُۥ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ شَهِيدٌTransliteration: Allazee lahoo mulkus samaawaati wal ard; wallaahu 'alaa kulli shai 'in Shaheed
Translation (Yusuf Ali): Him to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth! And Allah is Witness to all things.
This is verse 9 of Surah Al-Buruj (ٱلْبُرُوج, meaning "The Stars"), the 85th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 22 total verses.
