Surah Al-'Alaq · Verse 2
خَلَقَ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ مِنۡ عَلَقٍ
Khalaqal insaana min 'alaq
Created man, out of a (mere) clot of congealed blood:
— Al-'Alaq (ٱلْعَلَق), 96:2
