إِلَّا مَا شَآءَ ٱللَّهُۚ إِنَّهُۥ يَعۡلَمُ ٱلۡجَهۡرَ وَمَا يَخۡفَىٰ
Illaa maa shaaa'al laah; innahoo ya'lamul jahra wa maa yakhfaa
Except as Allah wills: For He knoweth what is manifest and what is hidden.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): Except as Allah wills: For He knoweth what is manifest and what is hidden.
This is verse 7 of Surah Al-A'la (ٱلْأَعْلَى, meaning "The Most High"), the 87th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 19 total verses.
