فَمَا ٱسۡتَطَٰعُواْ مِن قِيَامٖ وَمَا كَانُواْ مُنتَصِرِينَ
Famas tataa'oo min qiyaaminw wa maa kaanoo muntasireen
Then they could not even stand (on their feet), nor could they help themselves.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): Then they could not even stand (on their feet), nor could they help themselves.
This is verse 45 of Surah Adz-Dzariyah (ٱلذَّارِيَات, meaning "The Scatterers"), the 51th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 60 total verses.
