فَعَتَوۡاْ عَنۡ أَمۡرِ رَبِّهِمۡ فَأَخَذَتۡهُمُ ٱلصَّٰعِقَةُ وَهُمۡ يَنظُرُونَ
Fa'ataw 'an amri Rabbihim fa akhazat humus saa'iqatu wa hum yanzuroon
But they insolently defied the Command of their Lord: So the stunning noise (of an earthquake) seized them, even while they were looking on.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): But they insolently defied the Command of their Lord: So the stunning noise (of an earthquake) seized them, even while they were looking on.
This is verse 44 of Surah Adz-Dzariyah (ٱلذَّارِيَات, meaning "The Scatterers"), the 51th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 60 total verses.
