رَبِّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَآۖ إِن كُنتُم مُّوقِنِينَ
Rabbis samaawaati wal ardi wa maa bainahumaa; in kuntum mooqineen
The Lord of the heavens and the earth and all between them, if ye (but) have an assured faith.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): The Lord of the heavens and the earth and all between them, if ye (but) have an assured faith.
This is verse 7 of Surah Ad-Dukhan (ٱلدُّخَان, meaning "The Smoke"), the 44th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 59 total verses.
