مِن فِرۡعَوۡنَۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ عَالِيٗا مِّنَ ٱلۡمُسۡرِفِينَ
Min Fir'awn; innahoo kaana 'aaliyam minal musrifeen
Inflicted by Pharaoh, for he was arrogant (even) among inordinate transgressors.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): Inflicted by Pharaoh, for he was arrogant (even) among inordinate transgressors.
This is verse 31 of Surah Ad-Dukhan (ٱلدُّخَان, meaning "The Smoke"), the 44th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 59 total verses.
