أَنَّىٰ لَهُمُ ٱلذِّكۡرَىٰ وَقَدۡ جَآءَهُمۡ رَسُولٞ مُّبِينٞ
Annaa lahumuz zikraa wa qad jaaa'ahum Rasoolum mubeen
How shall the message be (effectual) for them, seeing that a Messenger explaining things clearly has (already) come to them,-
— Ad-Dukhan (ٱلدُّخَان), 44:13
أَنَّىٰ لَهُمُ ٱلذِّكۡرَىٰ وَقَدۡ جَآءَهُمۡ رَسُولٞ مُّبِينٞTransliteration: Annaa lahumuz zikraa wa qad jaaa'ahum Rasoolum mubeen
Translation (Yusuf Ali): How shall the message be (effectual) for them, seeing that a Messenger explaining things clearly has (already) come to them,-
This is verse 13 of Surah Ad-Dukhan (ٱلدُّخَان, meaning "The Smoke"), the 44th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 59 total verses.
