إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ حَقَّتۡ عَلَيۡهِمۡ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ
Innal lazeena haqqat 'alaihim Kalimatu Rabbika laa yu'minoon
Those against whom the word of thy Lord hath been verified would not believe-
— Yunus (يُونُس), 10:96

Translation (Yusuf Ali): Those against whom the word of thy Lord hath been verified would not believe-
This is verse 96 of Surah Yunus (يُونُس, meaning "Jonah"), the 10th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 109 total verses.
