كَذَٰلِكَ حَقَّتۡ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ فَسَقُوٓاْ أَنَّهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ
Kazaalika haqqat Kalimatu Rabbika 'alal lazeena fasaqooo annahum laa yu'minoon
Thus is the word of thy Lord proved true against those who rebel: Verily they will not believe.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): Thus is the word of thy Lord proved true against those who rebel: Verily they will not believe.
