إِنَّمَآ أَمۡرُهُۥٓ إِذَآ أَرَادَ شَيۡـًٔا أَن يَقُولَ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ
Innamaa amruhooo izaaa araada shai'an ai-yaqoola lahoo kun fa-yakoon
Verily, when He intends a thing, His Command is, "be", and it is!
— Ya-Sin (يٰسٓ ), 36:82

Translation (Yusuf Ali): Verily, when He intends a thing, His Command is, "be", and it is!
This is verse 82 of Surah Ya-Sin (يٰسٓ , meaning "Ya-Sin"), the 36th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 83 total verses.
