إِلَّا رَحۡمَةٗ مِّنَّا وَمَتَٰعًا إِلَىٰ حِينٖ
Illaa rahmatam minnaa wa mataa'an ilaa heen
Except by way of Mercy from Us, and by way of (worldly) convenience (to serve them) for a time.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): Except by way of Mercy from Us, and by way of (worldly) convenience (to serve them) for a time.
This is verse 44 of Surah Ya-Sin (يٰسٓ , meaning "Ya-Sin"), the 36th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 83 total verses.
