إِلَّا رَحۡمَةٗ مِّنَّا وَمَتَٰعًا إِلَىٰ حِينٖ

Illaa rahmatam minnaa wa mataa'an ilaa heen

Except by way of Mercy from Us, and by way of (worldly) convenience (to serve them) for a time.
