وَإِن تَجۡهَرۡ بِٱلۡقَوۡلِ فَإِنَّهُۥ يَعۡلَمُ ٱلسِّرَّ وَأَخۡفَى
Wa in tajhar bilqawli fainnahoo ya'lamus sirra wa akhfaa
If thou pronounce the word aloud, (it is no matter): for verily He knoweth what is secret and what is yet more hidden.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): If thou pronounce the word aloud, (it is no matter): for verily He knoweth what is secret and what is yet more hidden.
This is verse 7 of Surah Ta-Ha (طٰهٰ , meaning "Ta-Ha"), the 20th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 135 total verses.
