Surah Ta-Ha · Verse 24
ٱذۡهَبۡ إِلَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنَ إِنَّهُۥ طَغَىٰ
Izhab ilaa Fir'awna innahoo taghaa
"Go thou to Pharaoh, for he has indeed transgressed all bounds."
