قَالَ رَبِّ لِمَ حَشَرۡتَنِيٓ أَعۡمَىٰ وَقَدۡ كُنتُ بَصِيرٗا
Qaala Rabbi lima hashar tanee a'maa wa qad kuntu baseeraa
He will say: "O my Lord! why hast Thou raised me up blind, while I had sight (before)?"

قَالَ رَبِّ لِمَ حَشَرۡتَنِيٓ أَعۡمَىٰ وَقَدۡ كُنتُ بَصِيرٗاTransliteration: Qaala Rabbi lima hashar tanee a'maa wa qad kuntu baseeraa
Translation (Yusuf Ali): He will say: "O my Lord! why hast Thou raised me up blind, while I had sight (before)?"
This is verse 125 of Surah Ta-Ha (طٰهٰ , meaning "Ta-Ha"), the 20th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 135 total verses.
