وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَٰذَا ٱلۡوَعۡدُ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَ
Wa yaqooloona mataa haazal wa'du in kuntum saadiqeen
They say: "When will this promise (come to pass) if ye are telling the truth?"

Translation (Yusuf Ali): They say: "When will this promise (come to pass) if ye are telling the truth?"
This is verse 29 of Surah Saba' (سَبَأ, meaning "The Sabeans"), the 34th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 54 total verses.
