قَالَ إِنَّمَا يَأۡتِيكُم بِهِ ٱللَّهُ إِن شَآءَ وَمَآ أَنتُم بِمُعۡجِزِينَ
Qaala innamaa yaateekum bihil laahu in shaaa'a wa maaa antum bimu'jizeen
He said: "Truly, Allah will bring it on you if He wills,- and then, ye will not be able to frustrate it!

Translation (Yusuf Ali): He said: "Truly, Allah will bring it on you if He wills,- and then, ye will not be able to frustrate it!
This is verse 33 of Surah Hud (هُود, meaning "Hud"), the 11th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 123 total verses.
