فَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ شَقُواْ فَفِي ٱلنَّارِ لَهُمۡ فِيهَا زَفِيرٞ وَشَهِيقٌ
Fa ammal lazeena shaqoo fafin Naari lahum feehaa zafeerunw wa shaheeq
Those who are wretched shall be in the Fire: There will be for them therein (nothing but) the heaving of sighs and sobs:
— Hud (هُود), 11:106

Translation (Yusuf Ali): Those who are wretched shall be in the Fire: There will be for them therein (nothing but) the heaving of sighs and sobs:
This is verse 106 of Surah Hud (هُود, meaning "Hud"), the 11th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 123 total verses.
