يَعۡلَمُ خَآئِنَةَ ٱلۡأَعۡيُنِ وَمَا تُخۡفِي ٱلصُّدُورُ
Ya'lamu khaaa'inatal a'yuni wa maa tukhfis sudoor
(Allah) knows of (the tricks) that deceive with the eyes, and all that the hearts (of men) conceal.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): (Allah) knows of (the tricks) that deceive with the eyes, and all that the hearts (of men) conceal.
This is verse 19 of Surah Ghafar (غَافِر, meaning "The Forgiver"), the 40th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 85 total verses.
