لَّهُۥ مَقَالِيدُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۗ وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡخَٰسِرُونَ
Lahoo maqaaleedus sa maawaati wal ard; wallazeena kafaroo bi ayaatil laahi ulaaa'ika humul khaasiroon
To Him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth: and those who reject the Signs of Allah,- it is they who will be in loss.
— Az-Zumar (ٱلزُّمَر), 39:63

Translation (Yusuf Ali): To Him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth: and those who reject the Signs of Allah,- it is they who will be in loss.
This is verse 63 of Surah Az-Zumar (ٱلزُّمَر, meaning "The Groups"), the 39th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 75 total verses.
