فَلَمَّا كَشَفۡنَا عَنۡهُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابَ إِذَا هُمۡ يَنكُثُونَ

Falammaa kashafnaa 'anhumul 'azaaba izaa hum yankusoon

But when We removed the Penalty from them, behold, they broke their word.
