إِنَّا جَعَلۡنَٰهُ قُرۡءَٰنًا عَرَبِيّٗا لَّعَلَّكُمۡ تَعۡقِلُونَ
Innaa ja'alnaahu Quraanan 'Arabiyyal la'allakum ta'qiloon
We have made it a Qur'an in Arabic, that ye may be able to understand (and learn wisdom).

Translation (Yusuf Ali): We have made it a Qur'an in Arabic, that ye may be able to understand (and learn wisdom).
This is verse 3 of Surah Az-Zukhruf (ٱلزُّخْرُف, meaning "The Gold"), the 43th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 89 total verses.
