وَٱلَّذِي نَزَّلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءَۢ بِقَدَرٖ فَأَنشَرۡنَا بِهِۦ بَلۡدَةٗ مَّيۡتٗاۚ كَذَٰلِكَ تُخۡرَجُونَ
Wallazee nazzala minas samaaa'i maaa'am biqadarin fa ansharnaa bihee baldatam maitaa' kazaalika tukhrajoon
That sends down (from time to time) rain from the sky in due measure;- and We raise to life therewith a land that is dead; even so will ye be raised (from the dead);-
— Az-Zukhruf (ٱلزُّخْرُف), 43:11

Translation (Yusuf Ali): That sends down (from time to time) rain from the sky in due measure;- and We raise to life therewith a land that is dead; even so will ye be raised (from the dead);-
This is verse 11 of Surah Az-Zukhruf (ٱلزُّخْرُف, meaning "The Gold"), the 43th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 89 total verses.
