أَمۡ تَسۡـَٔلُهُمۡ أَجۡرٗا فَهُم مِّن مَّغۡرَمٖ مُّثۡقَلُونَ
Am tas'aluhum ajran fahum mim maghramim musqaloon
Or is it that thou dost ask for a reward, so that they are burdened with a load of debt?-
— At-Tur (ٱلطُّور), 52:40
أَمۡ تَسۡـَٔلُهُمۡ أَجۡرٗا فَهُم مِّن مَّغۡرَمٖ مُّثۡقَلُونَTransliteration: Am tas'aluhum ajran fahum mim maghramim musqaloon
Translation (Yusuf Ali): Or is it that thou dost ask for a reward, so that they are burdened with a load of debt?-
This is verse 40 of Surah At-Tur (ٱلطُّور, meaning "The Mount"), the 52th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 49 total verses.
