إِنَّا كُنَّا مِن قَبۡلُ نَدۡعُوهُۖ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلۡبَرُّ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
Innaa kunnaa min qablu nad'oohu innahoo huwal barrur raheem
"Truly, we did call unto Him from of old: truly it is He, the Beneficent, the Merciful!"
— At-Tur (ٱلطُّور), 52:28

Translation (Yusuf Ali): "Truly, we did call unto Him from of old: truly it is He, the Beneficent, the Merciful!"
This is verse 28 of Surah At-Tur (ٱلطُّور, meaning "The Mount"), the 52th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 49 total verses.
