Surah At-Takwir · Verse 20
ذِي قُوَّةٍ عِندَ ذِي ٱلۡعَرۡشِ مَكِينٖ
Zee quwwatin 'inda zil 'arshi makeen
Endued with Power, with rank before the Lord of the Throne,
