ٱللَّهُ لَطِيفُۢ بِعِبَادِهِۦ يَرۡزُقُ مَن يَشَآءُۖ وَهُوَ ٱلۡقَوِيُّ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ
Allahu lateefum bi'ibaadihee yarzuqu mai yashaaa'u wa Huwal Qawiyyul 'Azeez
Gracious is Allah to His servants: He gives Sustenance to whom He pleases: and He has power and can carry out His Will.

Translation (Yusuf Ali): Gracious is Allah to His servants: He gives Sustenance to whom He pleases: and He has power and can carry out His Will.
This is verse 19 of Surah Ash-Shura (ٱلشُّورَىٰ, meaning "The Consultation"), the 42th surah of the Quran. It is a Meccan surah with 53 total verses.
